I asked three concierges at the Courtyard Marriott in Suzhou, but they didn't know where the second bus stop was, or told me a different one. There must have been more than a few people who couldn't get on the bus.
Information found on the internet saying that bus stop is in front of the Custom Clock Tower near the Central Park in SIP is WRONG!
Ten minutes walk from Times Square station on Subway Line 1. Waiting room is nearby (China Eastern Air). See the map below.
There is no sign to indicate that it is a bus stop. When we waited for the bus, a bus came up at the place shown in the picture. You can see a Toys "R" Us across the street.
As of 1 November 2013, the second stop for the airport bus was across the street from the Intercontinental Hotel in the Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP), diagonal from Papa Jone's and Toysaurus in Yuanrong Times Square. There is a waiting room for China Eastern Airlines at the orange square, but there is a drawback that you cannot see it even if a bus is coming.
